Please remember that Peak Timing is a service provider to Event Organisers or Owners, and the events listed on this website is subject to the policies, terms and conditions of each event. When you submit and purchase any entry on this website you are asked to accept the rules, terms and conditions of the Event.

We understand that plans can change. Please review how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.1. Once an entry has been purchased, cancellations are subject to the terms outlined by the original Event Organizer or Owner

1.2. If the event is cancelled by the Organizer or Owner, a refund or credit (if any) will be provided in accordance with their policy.

1.3. In the case of rescheduled Events, the Organiser or Owner will notify you, and entries will remain valid for the new date.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

2.1. Tickets cannot be refunded due to personal or health reasons, such as a change of plans or change of mind, lack of transportation to/from the Event, or inability to participate in the Event for whatever reason.

3. Resale Responsibilities

3.2. Peak Timing acts as a Entry reseller and is not responsible for events cancelled or rescheduled by the original Event Organiser or Owner.

3.3. In the event of disputes, please contact the Race Director of the original Event Organiser or Owner.

4. Changes to This Policy

4.1 Peak Timing reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

4.2 This Policy is designed to protect both buyers and sellers while ensuring transparency and fairness.
