This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit our website, enter an event or make a purchase from peaktiming.co.za (the “Site”).
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. 7. ENTRY NINJA
Our online entry platform is hosted on EntryNinja. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell online race entries and merchandise to you.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then the payment gateway stores your credit card or debit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. We never have any access to your credit card or debit card data.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
